Aldo has successfully competed in both agility and tracking and is an Australian Champion in the Show Ring. Aldo's biddable, trainable temperament accompanied with his easy going nature makes him not only a lovely dog to live with but a perfect match for our beautiful girl Scarlett. Scarlett is our lovely red girl, with a great temperament and a very 'wicked' and 'unique' sense of humour - Scarlett has proven herself in and out of the showring, achieving the title of Australian Champion as well as being a great 'mum'. Scarlett is a delightful happy girl that loves being the centre of attention. We believe the combination of these lines will produce high quality puppies, with strong trainable temperaments suitable for showing, agility, obedience and loving loyal companions. After much consideration to type, temperament and health we have decided to put our very handsome (and VERY smart) 'Fax Son' ~ 'Tux' (aka. RUBIS, Aust. CH Belgenbeau FL Tuxenoir) to our lovely imported girl 'Norah' (aka. HJCH Norah Mylla V.'T Groenveld (imp Hgy) Agility III.
This combination will produce good type and exceptional, trainable temperament. Both Tux and Norah are Belgians of excellent character and very 'honest' in their work. Norah is a titled Show and Agility Champion in Hungry and it is easy to see why. She flies around the agility ring and really enjoys herself - she has a really great 'work ethic' and is very eager to please.
Tux is my very special boy, who has the most wonderful temperament of any Belgian Shepherd I have met. He has a great sense of humour and is such a fun dog to have around. Tux is everything a Belgian Shepherd should be, Smart, Cheeky, Brave and Kind. Tux is a 2 x Runner Up Best in Show Winner (All Breeds) and a titled Australian Show Champion. This year Tux will work on his agility title.

We at Belquentė have said 'Good Bye' (temporarily) to our Beautiful Girl 'Kathy Comme Un Reve Noir' (imp HGY) (aka 'Kathy') - owned by Justin and Suzanne Harbour and Lynda Trotter. Kathy has flown to our good friend Carla Spelt in Perth from Fauvetnoir Belgian Shepherds where she is to be used in the first of the 'Boys on Ice' litters at Fauvetnoir. We believe the combination of Kathy and 'Mike' will be exceptional and bring new depth to the Tervueren gene pool in Australia.
We are extremely proud to be able to work with Fauvetnoir Belgian Shepherds and share the common goals to breed and promote Belgian Shepherds in Australia of the highest quality, type and temperament. This litter will be European Winner 2003, ICH, HJCH, HCH, HSCH, SKCH, OCH. pe. S.R. Amper Oridix IPO I, CSAU, TAN+, Agility A3 (Imp Hun) first litter sired on Australian soil and one of his only litters for 2008. This exclusive combination is bound to produce stunning type and temperament. Enya of the Home Port (Imp Blg) is a lovely compact bitch with excellent pigmentation and colouring, she is also a Specialty Class in Show Winner in both Australia and Europe. Amper has proven himself as the 'dog that can do it all' producing many offspring in Europe that have been successful in both the show and working arenas . Amper produces fantastic temperament and healthy sound type. We have high hopes for this excellent combination.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH OUR PUPPIES......
Each and every one of the litters we breed, be it in partnership with another kennel (e.g. Fauvetnoir Belgian Shepherds ) or under the Belquenté/Belgenbeau/Belgnté prefix alone, is painstakingly researched and studied to ensure the pedigree of the Sire and the Dam compliment each other and will improve upon the existing quality of Belgian Shepherds in our kennel, and in Australia. We have a strong focus on Temperament, True Belgian Type and Producing Healthy Puppies Free from Hereditary Disease.
We often have quality show, obedience, agility and companion puppies available to responsible forever homes with owners who will give them the very best love and care. Also, there are times we will offer puppies in partnership/co-ownership. We offer full breeder support and advice for the life of your puppy and hope to be kept updated on his or her progress during his/her lifetime.
Our Puppies are :
• Whelped in our home and lovingly
raised in a family environment with exposure many aspects of our day to
day life;
• Hip/elbow/eye tested prior to breeding and we only breed from
dogs/bitches that have good results;
• Registered with the North Australian Canine Association (NACA);
• Microchipped, Vaccinated, Wormed and Treated with heart worm, flee &
tick prevention prior to going to his/her new home;
• Come with a puppy manual and as previously mentioned ~with ongoing
breeder support for the life of your puppy.
We love to get updates on how our 'kids' are going in their new homes !!!
